Client onboarding : We meet with the client to understand their needs and requirements. This includes the type of position they are looking to fill, the skills and experience they are looking for, and the salary range.
Candidate sourcing : We source candidates from our database, as well as from online job boards and social media. We also reach out to our network of contacts to find qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing : We screen candidates based on their resumes and qualifications. We then conduct interviews to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the position.
Selection and placement : We present the top candidates to the client for their review. Once the client has made a selection, we work with them to finalize the offer and placement process.
