A Manpower Recruitment Consultancy with a Long and Successful History

Our story began in 1987, after our CEO graduated from college and began looking for new areas to venture into. One sector that fascinated him and drew his interest was the manpower sector. With a will to accomplish and a heart full of hope he traveled first to the United Arab Emirates and then to The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia looking for new opportunities.

In his search, he found a few good companies and initiated a communication line with their HR team. After a lot of research and monitoring the market for 2 years, our CEO applied for the company’s Registration license in 1989 to officially start the business. Our firm was established in 1990 and in the following year we received our official business license.

In search for the right company to partner up with, our CEO met the Late Mr. Mohammad Saleh Al-Swadesh owner of AL-SWADESH TRANSPORT, in Riyadh, which helped us initiate and begin our new journey into the recruitment business. They provided us with their first manpower requirements and we were able to fulfill them on time. We slowly but surely began expanding our network to many areas of Saudi Arabia such as Mecca, Madina, Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Abha and many more.

In 1999 we received our biggest requirement which was from Saleh Husain Salim Ale Salama Company based in Jeddah. Our CEO has established a very good relationship which is still continuing till date.

Our office started with a small team of 4 staff members which later increased to 14 due to the increasing demand of requirements which included physical and offline workers.

In 2011, we relocated to a larger office to accommodate our expanding team and operations. We also increased our staff in order to reduce our workload and improve productivity. We have also updated our office workspace which accommodates most of our organisation.

Over the years, we have grown our business and garnered a good reputation due to which we can proudly announce that we have recruited and placed over 50,000 happy workers in our corporate lifetime. We have over 100+ vacancies available at any given time and are more than willing to fulfill them with our global network of clients and candidates. We are constantly working to match the right people with the right jobs based on our excellent work ethic.We have also embraced technological advancements and adapted our practices accordingly. We leverage our large database system (LDS), sourcing partners and advertising platforms to reach a wider audience and provide our services more efficiently.
